A World on the Brink: Why “Countdown to Chaos”?
Pastor Paul opened the broadcast by describing what many of us are sensing deep in our spirit — the shaking has begun.
Drawing from Luke 21, Matthew 24, and Hebrews 12:26–27, he connected breaking stories and global trends that, when viewed together, form not a random sequence of headlines but a prophetic convergence — a puzzle whose final pieces are falling into place before our eyes.
1. A Fiery Crash in America’s Heartland
Pastor Paul began with a chilling event that seemed to capture the fragility of our times — a devastating cargo jet crash near Louisville, Kentucky.
The UPS flight suffered catastrophic engine failure shortly after takeoff. The left engine detached, a fireball erupted, and lives were lost while others remained in critical condition.
It wasn’t “just another accident.”
It was, Pastor Paul said, a sign.
A symbol of the fragility of our so-called stable systems — global supply chains, aviation, commerce — the backbone of modern life. All it takes is one failure, one spark, one collapse, for order to give way to chaos.
“When airlines, supply chains, and global commerce start to shake,” Pastor Paul said, “the shaking Jesus spoke about begins to feel personal.”
The message was clear: the shaking is not coming — it’s here.

2. Digital ID, Social Credit, and the Road to Revelation 13
From there, Pastor Paul turned to a topic that cuts to the heart of prophetic watchers everywhere: the rise of global digital identity systems and the technological infrastructure of control.
He warned that the rapid advance of biometric surveillance, AI-linked databases, and social credit scoring are creating a digital cage for humanity — one eerily reminiscent of the system described in Revelation 13, where no one can buy or sell without allegiance to the beast.
Among the most concerning trends he highlighted:
Travelers now expected to use smartphones and biometrics for every stage of air travel — check-in, boarding, customs.
The UK pushing ahead with mandatory digital ID cards.
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security expanding its biometric data collection under “full-spectrum identity monitoring.”
The creeping normalization of social credit systems once seen only in China — now discussed openly in Western academia and policy circles.
Individually, these technologies may not be “the mark of the beast,” Pastor Paul clarified — but together, they form the scaffolding for it.
“Digital ID systems, biometric databases, and identity–commerce linkages — they are the infrastructure,” he said. “They’re mapping out an eerily similar system to the one described in Revelation 13.”
His question echoed through the broadcast — and now through this newsletter:

3. Israel, Gaza, and the Shaking of Nations
Pastor Paul then refocused attention on Israel, the centerpiece of prophetic fulfillment.
He reminded viewers of the timeless counsel of Dr. Lester Sumrall:
“If you want to know where you are on God’s prophetic clock, keep your eye on Israel.”
He outlined the sobering reality:
The ongoing hostage crisis and humanitarian devastation in Gaza
The lingering trauma of the October 7 attacks that claimed 1,200 innocent lives
The resurgence of antisemitism across the globe
The prophetic warning of Jeremiah 30:7 — “the time of Jacob’s trouble” — and Zechariah 12, where all nations gather against Jerusalem
Though politicians talk of “cease-fires” and “temporary pauses,” Pastor Paul warned that this calm is not true peace — merely a pause without peace, a deceptive stillness before the next wave of conflict.
“If the world thinks peace has truly returned, they’re wrong,” he said.
“It’s only a pause without peace. It’s a strategic pattern. It’s the countdown to chaos.”

4. Wars and Rumors of Wars: Ukraine, Russia, and Beyond
Pastor Paul also addressed the Russia–Ukraine war, now entering its fourth year — a grinding conflict reshaping Europe’s borders and alliances.
He noted:
Russian forces have tightened control over key logistical hubs.
Moscow now holds roughly 19% of Ukraine’s territory — an area the size of Ohio.
Former NATO leaders are warning of a “forever war” if Europe doesn’t step up militarily.
From a prophetic perspective, Pastor Paul connected these developments to Matthew 24:6–7 — wars and rumors of wars, nations rising against nations — and to Hebrews 12, which describes the shaking of nations in the last days.
He also drew attention to Venezuela, where economic collapse, mass poverty, and increasing influence from Russia and China are transforming Latin America into a geopolitical fault line.
To the untrained eye, Venezuela might seem far removed from biblical prophecy — but Pastor Paul pointed out that Ezekiel 38–39 foretells of alliances forming far beyond Israel’s borders. Latin America’s shifting allegiances could play a role in the global rearrangement of power now underway.
“These are not isolated incidents,” Pastor Paul said. “They form a tapestry — economic, political, technological, moral shaking. The powers of the heavens are being shaken. The world is groaning. The birth pains have begun.”
As Revelation Watchers, we see these signs not as reasons for fear, but as confirmation that God’s Word is unfolding before our very eyes.

In the middle of all this turmoil, Pastor Paul shifted from global shaking to heavenly hope through the testimony of Dr. Steven and Dr. Kathy Boyls — a testimony that will touch your heart and strengthen your faith.

A Doctor’s Fight of Faith
When COVID struck in 2020, my friends Steve and Dr. Kathy Boyls faced a battle that tested everything they believed about life, faith, and the power of God’s Word. Steve was hit hard—so hard that he was placed on a ventilator for forty-five days. For twenty of those days, Kathy wasn’t allowed to see him. As a physician, she knew exactly how grim the situation was. As a believer, she made a decision that changed everything: she refused to agree with the report of death and chose instead to stand on the promises of God.
From her prayer room, Kathy waged a relentless fight of faith. Every day, she FaceTimed into Steve’s hospital room, watching him lie motionless in a coma. She opened her Bible and spoke four pages of healing Scriptures over him—verses that would later be printed in the back of our book, I’ve Been to Heaven. She called on the heavenly host to surround his hospital bed and war on his behalf. And when fear tried to invade, she countered it the only way she knew how: by declaring God’s Word louder than the enemy’s lies.
“It really was the good fight of faith,” Kathy told me. “I had to replace the bad reports with God’s Word until all that remained in my heart was His promise.”
Her persistence became a living sermon to everyone around her. One nurse, after seeing Steve begin to recover, said to her, “I guess all those Bible verses you spoke really did something, didn’t they?” Kathy smiled and replied, “You bet they did.”
In a world filled with doubt and despair, Kathy’s story reminds us that faith still moves mountains—and sometimes, it even brings the dead back to life.
“Hello Steve, My Name is Marzuka…”
While Kathy waged her battle of faith on earth, something extraordinary was unfolding on the other side of the veil. As her prayers filled their home and the hospital corridors, Steve’s body lay motionless on the ventilator—but his spirit was very much alive.
In I’ve Been to Heaven, Steve recounts the moment that eternity broke through the walls of his hospital room. He says that suddenly, an angel appeared beside him—radiant, powerful, yet peaceful—and spoke words that changed everything:
“Hello Steve. My name is Marzuka. I’m here to take you to heaven for a little while while your body heals.”
In that instant, Steve felt himself lift from his body, rising swiftly through what he describes as layers of light and color, soaring past the confines of the hospital, then the atmosphere, and into a realm of unimaginable brilliance. The journey was unlike anything he could have conceived—colors deeper and more alive than those captured by the Hubble telescope, music that pulsed through light, and a sense of love that defied earthly language.
He realized that our spiritual eyes perceive a spectrum of glory far beyond what natural vision can comprehend. Every hue, every sound, every movement seemed infused with divine life. Eventually, he found himself standing in what he calls a kind of “welcome center” in heaven—a place of orientation and peace, where he was met by familiar warmth and unearthly joy.
Marzuka, his angelic guide, assured him that there was a purpose to this visit: Steve was being shown what he needed to see, to later tell others what heaven is truly like—and to carry back a message of hope, healing, and eternal reality for those still walking through the valley of faith.

A Glimpse of Heaven’s Reality
Without giving away the entire story told in I’ve Been to Heaven, Steve shared glimpses that offer one of the most vivid portrayals of the afterlife I’ve ever heard. He remembers walking on springy, living grass—soft and vibrant, like the most comfortable bed imaginable—yet realizing that no one in heaven ever needs sleep. He saw trees grown from mustard seeds, their branches filled with birds and life, and flowers whose patterns and fragrances defied anything known on earth. Every color shimmered with meaning; every scent carried music.
Then came a reunion that touched him deeply. Beloved pets from his earthly life ran to greet him—whole, restored, radiant with joy. Family members and loved ones appeared young, strong, and full of life. And in a moment that left him speechless, he met a little boy named Daniel, the child he and Kathy had lost to miscarriage years earlier—alive and well in heaven.
Steve also learned something profoundly comforting: those in heaven are not cut off from us. They can see what unfolds on earth and are aware of the impact of our prayers. From that revelation came one of the most powerful lessons he brought back: the people you’re praying for—who may show no outward change—could be experiencing an unseen transformation within.
“Don’t stop praying,” Steve told me. “Even those you’ve given up on—heaven may already be at work in their hearts. God sees far deeper than we ever could.”
Face-to-Face with Jesus
The most breathtaking moment of Steve’s heavenly journey came when he was ushered into what he describes as the throne room of God—a vast, indescribable hall shimmering with living light. Every surface radiated glory; every sound pulsed with power. There was no sun, no source of illumination as we know it—only the uncreated brilliance of God the Father, pure and radiant, whose very words carried both thunder and tenderness. Each syllable rolled through the atmosphere like mighty waves, yet every vibration spoke of love and welcome.
Then Steve saw Jesus walking toward him. The King of Glory approached not with formality or distance, but with compassion and joy. In His hands, He showed Steve two images. In the first, Steve saw himself lying in the hospital—weak, pale, and broken—dressed in red-and-white striped garments that symbolized his suffering. In the second image, he saw himself restored and whole, radiant with health and strength.
Jesus looked at him and said gently,
“This is you—healed by My stripes and clothed in My righteousness. You’re going to be just fine.”
In that instant, Steve said, every fear vanished. Jesus wrapped him in an embrace unlike anything imaginable—an all-encompassing love that spoke of belonging, protection, and eternal peace. Steve didn’t want the moment to end.
Then, his attention was drawn to a scene nearby—the war horses of heaven. Massive, white as snow, their coats shimmered like liquid light. Their eyes burned with piercing blue fire, and their muscles rippled with divine strength. Steve realized these were the very horses described in Revelation 19—the steeds prepared for the day when Christ returns with the armies of heaven.
“They’re preparing for battle,” Jesus told him. “Very soon.”
Though Steve refuses to speculate about dates or times, he returned utterly convinced that the world has entered the season of fulfillment—the prophetic window when everything Scripture has promised will come to pass. And above all, he came back with this message for all of us: Heaven is real, Jesus is coming, and now is the time to be ready.

Father,
