We pray against escalation that would draw additional nations into catastrophic conflict. Restrain foreign powers from opportunistic aggression. Confound strategies that seek global destabilization.
If this is a moment of shaking, let it be a shaking that exposes corruption rather than empowers greater tyranny. Let power vacuums not give rise to darker forces. Remove wickedness — but prevent chaos.
